Terms of service
PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN IN GBP VIA PAYPAL ONLY.
100% OF PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPFRONT FOR ILLUSTRATIONS.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF I'M UNABLE TO DELIVER THE FINAL PRODUCT OR IF NO WORK HAS STARTED.
CLIENT IS ALLOWED TO HAVE 3 REVISIONS MAX DURING THE SKETCH STAGE.
NO MAJOR REVISIONS AFTER THE SKETCH (POSE, EXPRESSION, ETC.); ONLY COLORS CAN CHANGE.
I WILL DO MY BEST TO SEND WIPS EVERY 1-2 WEEKS.
ILLUSTRATION TURNAROUND TIME: WITHIN A MONTH OF PAYMENT DATE, SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON COMPLEXITY.
LIVE 2D COMMISSION TURNAROUND TIME: 3 MONTHS FROM PAYMENT DATE, SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON COMPLEXITY.
If you need the illustration sooner than my standard turnaround time, a rush fee will be added to your final quote.
CLIENT CAN ALWAYS POST COMMISSIONED ART WITH PROPER CREDIT.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO EDIT OUT THE ARTWORK'S WATERMARK OR THE BACKGROUND.
Absolutely no using any work for any artificial intelligence usage.
By commissioning you agree to all stated TOS.
Commission Work
1. When commissioning me please include a brief idea of your concept and any relevant information regarding the commission via the application2. Please provide a paypal email address and a Discord/Twitter contact to make communication easier, if not provided or any issues I will reach out through email.3. An invoice will be sent once all details of the commission are agreed and the estimated start date and completion time have been communicated.4. Regular updates will be given as the work gets done. You can always ask for updates at any point.5. Edits will only be accepted during sketching stage. It’s possible to request up to three revisions during the sketching phase and only colour revisions in the final stage of the commission. Major and extra edits will have a charge, but I'll let you know beforehand if that will be the case.
6. Work will be delivered with no compression via Drive or the email invoiced prior.

Each reference sheet features custom typography designed by me, paired with a unique background that complements the character's vibe. It also includes personalized colour swatches that reflect the character's aesthetic. Additional posing like side on shots and expression can also be added to sheets for an additional price.
The illustration will be prepared according to the rigger’s specifications. While I am capable of rigging, my strengths lie in illustration, so I recommend outsourcing the rigging to a professional for the best possible experience.
